Reminder for new landlords

This Thursday (4 June) Rochdale Council is offering help to residents who are considering renting out their homes this Thursday.

The council’s Landlord Accreditation Scheme is holding a special training event to help prospective landlords get on their feet and understand their basic legal obligations. The event, at the Best Western Broadfield Park Hotel, will cover subjects such as tenancy agreements, legal requirements and other relevant information that will help new landlords and ease the letting process.

There will be a specialist housing advisor on hand to give top tips and advice to prospective landlords and answer any questions.
