Five bed detached luxury homes at Miller Homes' 'Rutherford Park', Rochdale
Miller Homes promises to shine new light on moving home with its '105% Part Exchange Event' taking place at the Rutherford Park development in Smallbridge on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 July. Miller Homes says it is lining up its best ever part exchange offers and incentives at this event.
Sue Warwick, Miller Homes Sales and Marketing Director explains: "We have thought hard about how we can make it easy for our customers to buy our new homes, making it a pleasant and a stress-free experience. Buying a home can overshadow the other luxuries in life, that’s why we are offering incredible incentives on the Part Exchange Event."
These incentives include:
- A brand new Fiat Grande Punto with each house on selected plots
- Carpets included
- Waive the usual part exchange fee
- 105% part exchange on selected plots
Ms Warwick continued: “We are hosting our Part Exchange Event at Rutherford Park in Smallbridge. Nearly everybody buying the family homes at Rutherford Park and those at our nearby Springthyme, Littleborough development have a house to sell, so it is an ideal location to showcase our initiative.
"There are many advantages to using part exchange. You can stay in your old home until your new home is ready, so no more thoughts of having to move into rented accommodation to secure your sale and wait for your new house purchase to complete. There are no estate agents fees. Miller Homes professional sales consultants are on hand to guide you through the transaction and co-ordinate the solicitors, financial advisors and housebuilder, keeping you well informed all the way.
“For those who request part exchange for either development over the weekend of the 7 and 8 July, we will remove the uncertainty by returning with an offer for their old house within seven days. And we will help the buyer get all the relevant information by having an independent local estate agent and an independent financial advisor available all weekend to talk through the best possible options.
"The effect of the HIPs [now deferred to the Autumn] has been to stimulate the numbers of home buyers entering the property market with the aim of avoiding the cost of preparing a Home Information Pack. This coincided with higher interest rates, so people wishing to move house may think they are facing an uphill struggle.
"The property market remains fundamentally strong. The Bank of England reported 107,000 house purchases in April. With too few houses in the UK, low unemployment and a strong economy, the consensus from the experts is that house prices will continue to increase – both this year and in the long term.
"The last few four and five bedroom luxury homes are now released at Rutherford Park and Springthyme exclusive developments. Prices start from £219,995.
"The Part Exchange Event is being held in the Rutherford Park Marketing Suite, located off Halifax Road, Smallbridge OL16 2RR. The event runs from 10.30am to 5.30 pm on both days."
