Youth films coming to Rochdale
Date published: 06 April 2009
Local film company Glasseye Productions are currently in the final stages of producing two short films that will be shown in Rochdale later this month.
The first is working with young people from diverse backgrounds in North Manchester telling stories from their area on fatherhood and the division in the community that this can present.
The second forthcoming short 'Checkpost', tells the story of the international media reaction to tragic events effecting a British Asian Citizen in Lahore.
There will be a showcase of the two youth films as well as other young peoples' films on Saturday 25 April at 10am at The Odeon cinema on Sandbrook Park.
