Man jailed over cannabis farm
Date published: 02 April 2009
A man now living in Rochdale has been jailed after police found a £14,000 cannabis farm at his Bacup home last year.
Officers had attended the home of prolific criminal Frank Edge, 52, to investigate a burglary, only to discover 63 cannabis plants with growing equipment inside the property.
A judge at Burnley Crown Court believed that Edge, who now lives on Rothesay Terrace on Turfhill, was dealing drugs and sentenced him to 12 months in jail.
