Boy stuck on banking

An 11-year-old boy was stuck ten feet in the air after getting wedged halfway up an embankment.
Fire fighters came to the rescue of the 11-year-old boy, who became stuck after playing with friends in Edenfield Road, Norden on Sunday afternoon (22 March).
Crews say the youngster was stuck about ten feet in the air for an hour before they came to his rescue.
A spokesman from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “A ladder was used to reach the boy and he was removed, luckily, unharmed”.
