Have a go at lake craft day

Date published: 30 July 2007

On Sunday 5 August the Annual Craft Day will be held at the Visitor Centre, Hollingworth Lake, Littleborough, between 11am and 4pm.

Traditionally the day provides the opportunity of not only watching skilled crafts people at work, but also having a go yourself.

This year's crafts include, lacemaking, woodworking, woodcarving, beadwork, and smocking as well as embossed card creation, painting, miniature stonework models and more.

It is being held at Hollingworth Lake Visitor Centre, adding to the attraction of this popular venue for a day out.
