Review of polling districts and polling places

Rochdale Council is conducting a full review of the polling districts and polling places as required by the Electoral Administration Act 2006.

All documents relating to this review can be viewed by visiting the links at the bottom of this page and the maps showing the polling district boundaries are available for inspection at:

  • Rochdale Town Hall, The Esplanade, Rochdale
  • Rochdale Customer Service Centre, Floor 2, Municipal Offices, Smith Street, Rochdale
  • Pennines Customer Service Centre, Harehill House, Littleborough
  • Heywood Customer Service Centre, 44/46 Market Street, Heywood
  • Middleton Customer Service Centre, Sadler Street, Middleton

Should any elector within the authority wish to make representation to these proposals, they should send an email email to Electoral Services:

Representations or comments from any person or body with expertise in access for persons with any type of disability are also welcomed.

Any person or body making representations should, if possible, give the details of alternative places that may be used as polling places.

The deadline for representations is 28 September 2007.
