The Last Days of Disco - Middleton Arena, 7.30pm

Boobs and Banter Comedy Night for Prevent Breast Cancer - The Old Court Room above The Flying Horse, 8.30pm
This special event is intended to increase awareness and raise funds for Prevent Breast Cancer.

A classical weekly yoga class suitable for all levels of experience and ability, incorporating Asana (posture work), Pranayama (breath work), meditation and relaxation.
