The black Renault was stopped as the driver was putting on make-up
A driver was stopped by police after applying make-up when driving.
Police overtook the black Renault on the A627M between Rochdale and Oldham on Saturday (25 February) when they noticed the driver applying make-up using the vanity mirror in the visor.
When stopped, the driver told police “I was putting on lip liner.”
Police confirmed the driver was reported for driving without due care.
