Carl was last seen on 23 February
Police are concerned for the welfare of Carl, who was last seen on Conway Close, Middleton on Thursday 23 February 2023.
Carl is described as 5' 6" tall of medium build with a bald head. He is white, wears glasses and walks with a limp.
He was wearing a black coat with grey fur trim, tracksuit pants (black or blue) with a zip on the side, dark brown velcro trainers, a black snood and navy blue cap.
Officers are concerned about Carl and want to make sure he is safe and well.
