Police arrested a man on Thursday 12 January for GBH
A man has been charged with the S18 assault of a woman in the Newhey area of Rochdale.
Steven Lishman, 55, was charged with grievous bodily harm last night, Thursday 12 January 2023, which left a woman with a potentially life-threatening head injury.
He was remanded in custody and was due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court today.
