The body of a man has been found at a house on Industry Road in Rochdale, following a disturbance.
Police were called the address just after midnight on Monday 3 October 2022, to reports of a disturbance. On entry to the residence, officers found a deceased man.
Forensics are on scene and will be carrying out investigations at Industry Road, as well as two other addresses nearby. A cordon was in place on Industry Road as well as a related cordon on Gale Street, Syke, which has now been removed.
A spokesperson for the police has confirmed: “A male is currently in custody and is helping officers with their enquiries.”
