St Cuthbert’s students make cakes for hospital staff

Staff and students at St Cuthbert’s in Rochdale made cakes for staff at Rochdale Infirmary and Royal Oldham Hospital
Hospital staff at Rochdale Infirmary and Royal Oldham Hospital enjoyed a tasty treat after receiving homemade cakes as a thank you gesture.
Staff and students at St Cuthbert’s in Rochdale, wanted to show their appreciation to the staff for their tireless hard work so sent some baked treats for them to enjoy during their well-earned breaks.
A representative from the school said: “We are very glad that the cakes we made in school were enjoyed by everyone. Thank you to all our key workers. Together, we will overcome this challenge.”
Kaye Brown, department manager of radiology at Royal Oldham, said: “Thank you for the cakes that the school very kindly delivered to the hospital.
“We received some in radiology and they were delicious. Many thanks for your kindness and support.”
