Coronavirus: Bus timetable changes from Monday 23 March

Date published: 20 March 2020

Bus timetables have been amended for less frequent services as of Monday 23 March.

While unnecessary travel is being discouraged, timetables have been amended and peak time restrictions on concessionary tram and bus passes will be lifted during the early morning rush hour from Friday 20 March.

The government is advising against non-essential use of public transport and for people to vary travel times to avoid rush hour.

People who do need to make essential journeys are assured that a rigorous cleaning regime is in place on public transport.

Please check with individual operators ahead of your journey.
