Women of Rochdale luncheon sponsored by Mike Goldrick Window Blinds

Date published: 08 March 2020

The annual Springhill Hospice Women of Rochdale Luncheon has once again been sponsored by Mike Goldrick Window Blinds, Heywood.

The luncheon, which is in its 29th year, takes place on Friday 24 April, bringing women from across the borough together, to firstly celebrate all of the incredible work that Rochdale women have achieved over the last year but secondly, to raise vital funds for Springhill Hospice.

This year, attendees will be joined by special guest, actress and singer, Sue Devaney. Sue will be providing wonderful entertainment at the event with the support of talented pianist, Phil Reynolds.

Chief Executive of Springhill Hospice, Julie Halliwell, said: “My sincere thanks go to Mike and the team at Goldrick’s who continue to support such a wonderful event.  Without their valued contribution, the Women of Rochdale Luncheon would not be the success it is 29 years on.

“I would also like to thank Jackson Jackson & Sons who are also supporting the luncheon for the third consecutive year.

“The 2020 Women of Rochdale Luncheon is set to be a wonderful afternoon, which is a highlight of the hospice event calendar.”
