Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the whereabouts of William, 42, of Rochdale. He was last seen 11 February 2020 wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a blue lightweight waterproof jacket.
He is approximately 5' 8/9" tall, medium build, dark blonde wavy hair, blonde/greying goatee beard.
