Flood warnings in place for Littleborough

Date published: 07 November 2019

Flood warnings are now in place across Littleborough (3pm Thursday 7 November) as flooding is expected.

River levels are rising rapidly as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding to properties is expected with a possibility of flooding for those from Stubley Mill Road to Carriage Drive.

Further rainfall is forecast over throughout this evening and into the early hours of Friday. We expect river levels to peak at 9.00pm tonight.

Please be aware of your surroundings and keep up to date with the current situation.
