Eddie Thomas braved the shave
One of Rochdale Judo Club’s junior coaches has raised over £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Eddie Thomas braved the shave on Wednesday (21 August), having his hair and beard shaved off at John’s Barber Shop on Spotland Road.
He raised a total of £525 for the charity.
Since 2015 ‘brave shavers’ have raised over £22.7 million, which could pay for 140 Macmillan nurses for three years.
