Praise for Rochdale Artisan Market - 'just the best place' says market trader

Traders and customers alike were full of praise for the Rochdale Artisan Market held in Rochdale town centre on Saturday 25 May.

 

 

The sun shone and the crowds came to make it another memorable day for the Artisan Market in Rochdale. With the very best tempting street food, live music and a great community atmosphere, the Artisan Market proved its merit.

Stallholders brought award-winning wares to town as well as handmade goods and arts and crafts.

 

 

Comments from the Artisan Market traders were all positive.

Fiona Lythgoe, Raggie Annies Fairtrade, said: “Thank you Rochdale! We had a great day - see you next month.”

Paul Ambrose, Rochdale Town Centre BID Manager, said: “It couldn’t have gone better: with Street Eat on at the same time as the Artisan Market, the two have worked really well together.

“The weather has been great and there have been plenty of visitors.

“It's been fantastic for Rochdale.”

Rochdale Artisan Market takes place on the last Saturday of every month from 10am to 4pm.
