Woman charged after Heywood stabbing

A woman has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Heywood at the weekend.
Zoe Davies (16/01/1984) of Cranmer Court, Heywood has been charged with wounding with intent. She has been remanded to appear before Manchester Magistrates Court today, Monday 9 July.
At around 2.40am on Sunday (8 July), police were called to the Angel Meadow flats on School Street in Heywood to reports that a man had been stabbed.
The 32-year-old, who had been stabbed in the chest, was taken to hospital for treatment and remains there in a serious condition.
