A total of 748 property sales for £1m or more were completed in Greater Manchester, including four in Rochdale, in the past decade.
The Borough of Trafford accounts for over two thirds of the million plus homes, with 555 sales.
Tameside is at the bottom of the list in Greater Manchester with with no million plus homes sold in the past decade.
The findings are based on analysis by the BBC data team of Land Registry figures.
