All six French Bulldogs that were stolen from a house in Castleton have been found.

Around 9.40pm on Saturday 28 April 2018, police were called to a house on Partington Street to reports that five people had forced their way in and made demands for mobile phones.

Then, the offenders searched part of the house, took six French Bulldog puppies and left.

Fortunately, no-one was hurt during the incident.

The dogs have been located and will be reunited with their owner as soon as possible.

Detective Sergeant Karen Siddal of GMP’s Rochdale Borough, said: “It’s been an extremely long and frustrating time for the owner of these dogs but I’m happy to say they will soon be reunited.

“We continue to investigate the incident and encourage anyone who knows anything about it to get in touch with us.”
