Middleton's Easter Eggstravaganza

Date published: 03 April 2018

Middleton children took part in an Easter treasure hunt, watched Punch and Judy shows, a Magician, had their faces painted and planted seeds to take home on Saturday 31 March in Middleton.

Victoria Davies, Middleton Town Centre and Market Manager said: “The event was really successful with around 100 children taking part in our free Easter Treasure Hunt - which involved the children collecting stickers from our Market Stall holders and shops within Middleton Gardens, returning back when completed the hunt and receiving a reward of a chocolate egg, a certificate and goody bag with an Easter colouring in picture and crayons.

“We also had Face Painting, Punch and Judy Shows and a Magician throughout the day.

“We were joined by Middleton In Bloom who helped the children plant flower and vegetable seeds to take home and grow.

“All in all we had a really good day.”
