Kingsway students perform at Oldham Coliseum

Date published: 29 March 2018

Year nine students from Kingsway Park High School performed at Oldham Coliseum Theatre recently.

They performed a script ‘The Remedy’ written especially for them, which explores the themes of growing up and self- confidence.

Mrs Phillips, Head of Drama, said:  “Performing at the theatre was a fantastic opportunity, through the Coliseum’s Education Partnership Scheme.

“Kingsway Park High School is proud to be in this scheme and were particularly proud of the excellent performance given by the students.

“Not only did they explore a very relevant issue, but their acting was first class, gripping the audience the second it started. Well done to all the students that took part.

“I am very proud of all their amazing hard work to make the performance such excellent quality.”
