Trampolining Competition

Well done to the following Year 8 students who won the advanced category at the Rochdale Schools’ Trampolining competition: Ellan Lang, Sam Clegg and Amy Harrison, they were fantastic.

Key Stage 4 Drama Performance

On Monday 19 March a group of Key Stage 4 students will be performing at the Oldham Coliseum as part of the Educational Partnership scheme. Mrs Hunt and Mrs Royle have produced the work with the students in collaboration with Sarah Eastaff. The piece is called ‘Changing Places Shifting Spaces’. Well done to the students involved Aimee Woodhouse, Myiesha Amani, Mikail Ahmad, Emily Anson, Tasneem Khan, Elliot Lindley, Jacob Sullivan, Tom Heys, Maria Pogorelova, Louise Walker, Charlotte Davies and Lauren Doyle.

Year 11 Art

Year 11 Art students have now started their GCSE Art & Design exam in lesson time. This is worth 40% of the overall grade and it is important that they attend every lesson. This exam work will continue until the 23 March. Please be aware of this when planning any absences from school. Thank you, The Art Department.
