M62 closed eastbound J20-J22, westbound J24-J21

The M62 has been closed eastbound J20-J22, westbound J24-J21 due to ongoing work to clear snow and deal with many stranded vehicles (Thursday evening 1 March).
The central barrier at Junction 21-22 has been cut and vehicles are being turned.
The A66, A628, and A69 main cross-country routes are closed also due to snow.
A spokesperson said: "Please do NOT attempt to use these routes if you can avoid it."
