STARS out in the snow providing vital help and support

Date published: 01 March 2018

Dedicated staff from the adult care STARS service are out and about in the snow providing vital help and support to residents.

The short term intensive reablement programme is to help residents live at home following a stay in hospital or if there has been a change in care and support needs following an illness.

The STARS plus team offer short term rapid response service, offering hands-on care and practical support to help residents avoid having to go into hospital.
