Traffic being diverted off the M62 eastbound - 1.00pm 1 March

M62 eastbound near Milnrow, Rochdale
If you are stuck on the M62 eastbound near J21 Milnrow, Rochdale and J22 closure, Highways England North West is reporting that vehicles at the back of the traffic is being turned and diverted back to J21.
Highways England North West said: 'Await the motorway way police instruction before doing so.
'Traffic at the front is slowly moving forwards, snow ploughs, gritters and recovery is ongoing.'
