Changes and delays to some bus services in Greater Manchester because of the snow showers
The weather conditions are affecting bus travel in some areas locally.
The bus services below have been reported as affected (as at 10:30).
First
454/7 (Rochdale to Shore/Stansfield) – omitting Shore village.
589 (Rochdale to Burnley) – diverting via Red Lees Road instead of Mount Lane in the Mereclough area of Burnley.
590 (Rochdale to Halifax) – operating between Halifax and Todmorden only.
Stagecoach Manchester
115/6 (Middleton to NMGH) - unable to serve Acre Top and Munn Road, and operating via Victoria Avenue instead.
MCT
402 (Oldham to Thornham) – service suspended.
Rosso
456/8 (Rochdale to Littleborough) – omitting Wardle Chapel.
Local Link
Local Link services in Rochdale, Kingsway, Middleton and Heywood are currently suspended.
Passengers are advised to check with the bus operator or visit their website or social media pages for the very latest information before travelling and to allow more time for their journey.
