Man charged with murder

A Rochdale man has been charged with murder.
Mohammed Tafham (28/07/1987), of Clement Royds Street, has been charged with the murder of Rahman Begum.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (10 February).
Shortly before 1.20pm on Wednesday 7 February police were called to Clement Royds Street by the ambulance service after a woman had been found with multiple stab wounds.
When emergency services attended, they found the body of woman in her 40s.
