Rubble dumped on Park Road
A large amount of rubble has been dumped on Park Road in Heywood on Wednesday (31 January).
A council spokesperson said: “On Wednesday morning, we were made aware that a large amount of rubble had been fly tipped on Park Street in Heywood. Our enforcement team have been to investigate, however, we are appealing to members of the public who may have seen something to help us catch those responsible.
“We, as ever, remain committed to creating a cleaner, greener borough and behaviour such as this is not acceptable.”
