Link4Life staff facing job losses

Date published: 24 January 2018

Link4Life employees are facing job losses as the organisation seeks to cut staff numbers across the borough.

A 'consultation' with employees is to begin which Link4Life says is to deliver what it calls an 'efficiency programme'.

Andy King, Chief Executive of Link4Life, said: “We face a particularly tough financial climate and, as a result, have to make some really difficult choices.

“We recognise that this will be a difficult time for those involved and have put in place measures to ensure that our employees are fully informed and supported through the transition.”

The grant the council provides to Link4Life has not been reduced.
