Geraldine Breen sentenced to 70 weeks’ imprisonment

Geraldine Breen (03/02/1966) has been sentenced to 70 weeks in jail at Burnley Crown Court on 15 November.

Breen, of no fixed abode, but previously of Great George Street, Rochdale, was charged with two counts of theft, which took place on 6 April in Rossendale, and 7 April in Accrington. She was sentenced to 52 weeks’ imprisonment in relation to these charges.

Breen was also handed an additional 16 weeks for breach of a suspended sentence and a further two weeks for failing to surrender to custody at an appointed time.
