Jafar Ali charged with manslaughter of Keith Maden

Dixy Chicken takeaway on Reed Hill, off Yorkshire Street
Jafar Ali (24/05/1998), of Church Stile, Rochdale, has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Keith Maden.
At around 9.15pm on Thursday 28 September, police were called to Dixy Chicken takeaway near Reed Hill to reports of an assault involving a group of men.
Mr Maden, 59, who was punched and hit his head on the floor, was taken to hospital where he later died.

Ali will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 23 November.
