Frank McInnes guilty of indecent assault

Frank McInnes (15/12/1932) has been sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence after appearing at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday (30 October).

McInnes, of Keeper’s Drive, Norden, pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent assault on a female and was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for 10 years.

He also received six months suspended sentence to run concurrently.
