Rochdale best in Greater Manchester for carer satisfaction

Carers across the Rochdale borough have given the thumbs up to the excellent standard of service they receive from the council.

The results of the biennial national carers’ survey found Rochdale was above the England average as well as the best performing council in Greater Manchester for overall carer satisfaction levels.

In a further boost, the results revealed that carers’ quality of life across the Rochdale Borough was higher than both the England and Greater Manchester average.

Rochdale was also top of the tree across the region for the number of carers who felt involved in discussions about the person they cared for.

To complete the good news, the results revealed a 4% increase in the number of Rochdale carers satisfied with the service provided by the council.

The survey confirms the fantastic service the council provide to carers across the borough of Rochdale.
