Work is underway on 110 rental homes at Countryside’s latest development on Baytree Lane in Middleton.

The work commenced in May 2017 and the first handover is expected in winter 2017, with the scheme expected to be completed in summer 2018.

“Families are calling out for high-quality homes and this scheme will feature a selection of our popular home designs, within easy reach of the surrounding cities.”

A spokesperson for PRS said: “The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in new build homes in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) is pleased to provide its maiden update.

“The Company entered into its first design and build contract with Countryside Properties plc for a development of PRS homes in Middleton with an estimated gross development cost of approximately £16.0 million.

"The first tenants are expected to take occupation in January 2018.”
