Metrolink festive boost

Town Centre Metrolink stop
Metrolink has making temporary changes to boost popular services for the busy festive period.
From Monday 7 November though to Friday 23 December, double trams will run on every weekday Bury to Etihad Campus and Altrincham to Piccadilly service, rather than on the Bury-Altrincham direct service, offering more capacity throughout the day.
Double trams will also run on weekday East Didsbury-Shaw & Crompton services between 7am and 7pm.
Quick and easy connections to Piccadilly, Victoria and beyond will continue to be available on single trams running from East Didsbury to Deansgate-Castlefield, and Rochdale to Exchange Square.
