The Revd Marcia Wall, elected participant observer at the House of Bishops to represent the North West region
The Revd Marcia Wall has been elected participant observer at the House of Bishops to represent the North West region.
Marcia is vicar of Rhodes and Parkfield and also Area Dean of Heywood & Middleton and Bishop’s Advisor for Women’s Ministry.
She will be one of eight regional representatives elected by and from senior women clergy.
In this role Marcia will participate in all meetings of the House of Bishops.
Marcia said: “I feel very excited, honoured and privileged to be representing the NW Region in the House of Bishops as a Participant Observer. I'm very much looking forward to my first meeting in York in May.”
