Public Consultation - Wind Turbines, Oaken Bank Road area, Middleton

ASC Renewables intends to submit a planning application on behalf of Rochdale Borough Council for two wind projects on land at Oaken Bank Road, Middleton.
There will be public consultation events to share the proposed wind turbine plans and give local community members the chance to view information on the projects.
