The Wheatsheaf Shopping Centre is holding a competition to find the best new fashion designer out there, simply watch the video and download an application form to get yourself in the mix.

If you're aged between 16 and 21, whether you're doing a fashion course or simply want the chance to show what you can do, enter the 'Young Fashion Designer' competition.

Entrants should design something based on the trends coming out for Autumn/Winter 2014, once you've come up with your concept send it to the Wheatsheaf Centre.

Once the entries are closed, voting will open and the top five, as voted by the public, will be put in front of a panel of experts to decide an overall
winner.

The winning design will be made into a outfit by professionals and your work will be catwalked with the Wheatsheaf Centre retailer's latest fashions in their AW2014 Fashion Show.

Each of the five finalists will win £50 of Wheatsheaf Shopping Centre vouchers to spend as they wish, and the winner will receive a further £200.

Closing date is 31 May 2014. Voting will take place throughout June and July 2014.
