Local businesses are being given the opportunity to win a 12-month stand sponsorship package worth £25,000 at the Crown Oil Arena.

Rochdale AFC are selling raffle tickets to local businesses to win the lucrative stand sponsorship package.

Raffle tickets cost £1,000 but every business purchasing a raffle ticket will receive this investment back through advertising and hospitality including:

• 12-month Stadium Advertising Board within the Crown Oil Arena
• Four VIP meal and match tickets to a game of your choice throughout the 2016/17 season which includes:
  
  • VIP service from our Corporate Hospitality Team
  • Delicious three-course meal served before the game in our main lounge
  • Luxury seats to watch the game in our main stand
  • Access to private bar
  • Invitation to attend the post-match presentation
  • Opportunity to meet the players/directors after the game (*subject to availability) 
• Company logo displayed on a sponsor's plaque in the main reception of the Crown Oil Arena
• Company logo to appear in every edition of the Voice of Spotland programme
• Raffle entry to win the Willbuts Lane Stand sponsorship package worth £25,000.

So far, businesses who have signed up to the scheme include BMI Hospital, The Wheatsheaf Shopping Centre, Northern Apprenticeships & Business Training, REM Services, Expert Industrial Services, The Flying Horse Hotel and HTF Transport.

The raffle will be drawn at 12noon on Monday 17 October at Rochdale Town Hall by the Mayor of Rochdale. All businesses who purchase a raffle ticket will be invited to attend the draw and a VIP lunch. The winner will receive the 12 month stand sponsorship package and their company livery branded across the stand.

Dale Chief Executive, Russ Green said: “I think this is a fantastic initiative for local businesses who wouldn’t normally be able to afford this prestigious level of exposure.

“We recognise the fact football stadia advertising is beyond many small businesses financial budgets and with this in mind, we have introduced this unique opportunity for companies to ‘win’ a stand sponsorship package worth up to £25,000.

“The Crown Oil Arena has a 10,000 capacity and hosts over 100,000 visitors every year.

“Each business purchasing a raffle ticket will benefit from a commercial package worth the cost of the raffle ticket which encompasses advertising, hospitality and community involvement through Rochdale AFC and one lucky businesses will win the stand sponsorship deal.”
