John Edward Smith
On 8th December 2021, aged 75 years, the much-loved dad of Corrine, Deanna and Belinda, also an adored granddad. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Service and Cremation to take place at Middleton Crematorium on Friday 17 December at 11.50am.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Springhill Hospice.
