Cenetta opens at The Royal Toby
Date published: 05 February 2015
A new restaurant, Cenetta, has opened at the Royal Toby Hotel in Castleton.
Part of the Deckers Hospitality Group, Cenetta has opened in the venue which previously housed the Fallen Angels.
Following a full refurbishment, Cenetta offers Italian cuisine with some Mediterranean flourishes. Sharing dishes, flambé steaks and dehydrated flavour dusts create talking points and interest for guests.
Children can create their own pizza, adding the toppings to a pre-rolled base.
The wine list is mainly Italian, with a few bottles from around the world. Continental beers, Italian cider and soft drinks give the drinks menu a modern, authentic feel.
Deckers Managing Director Max Brierley said: “I’m so pleased with the refurbishment, and the restaurant is looking stunning.
“We have successfully addressed the lighting issues which are considerable in a venue with no source of natural light.
“The team have worked very hard to get Cenetta ready, and I’m sure the investment we have made will make Cenetta an attractive, popular restaurant for our guests to enjoy.”
