Northern manufacturing 2013 gathers pace

The Northern Manufacturing & Electronics Show has generated strong interest from engineering professionals across the North and this year, two Rochdale companies will be showcasing their products.

Wiretronic5 are a family run business that has been manufacturing since 1992 and has 45 years of electrical and wiring experience. Wiretonic offer a diverse range of services including cut, strip and tinning of wire, the design and manufacture of cable harnesses and looms, crimping, panel construction and light assembly work.

Sister company Hi 5 Electronics is also taking part. Hi 5 Electronics is a leading manufacturer and supplier of PCB and printed circuit boards. Based in Rochdale, the company aims to supply printed circuit boards of all types and quantities to users across Europe.

The show brings together an unprecedented mix of regional firms and world class companies under one roof and the organisers say it "is primed to become the essential annual event for engineers from across the region".

Machinery and production equipment, electronics, components, tools and sub-contract services are just some of the areas covered by the show, which should interest visitors from the entire spectrum of the North’s key manufacturing industries.

Admission to Northern Manufacturing & Electronics on 2/3 October 2013, is free to business visitors. Event City offers 3,000 free on-site car parking spaces, with easy access by road, rail or air.
