Norton Grange Hotel and Spa are welcoming three new aspects to their establishment. A new massage treatment. New gym equipment and a new gym manager.
Mercure Norton Grange Hotel and Spa was originally built in 1875 and is set in its own landscaped grounds. Spa Naturel Health club, which accompanies the hotel in its grounds, combines fitness, hydrotherapy and spa treatments for the ultimate in wellbeing.
The Spa which is on two floors has a large fully equipped gymnasium and boasts an 18m heated swimming pool. For the ultimate Spa Experience, enjoy the unique Thermal Suite comprising of Aroma Room, Rock Sauna, Steam Room, Bio Sauna, Ice Room and in door and outdoor infinity hydrotherapy pool with breathtaking views of the countryside.
On the second floor, expect to find peace and tranquility and a wide range of Decleor treatments. Our relaxation lounge or a sunny spa lounge and patio provide the ideal environments pre and post treatment to relax.
The hotel is set to introduce hydrotherm massage, the worlds first three dimensional massage to their treatment range.
Hydrotherm massage was developed by John Holman in 1992 to solve wrist problems and lower back pain often felt by therapists. The Hydrotherm massage is now considered to be one of the worlds most unique, versatile and effective massage tools.
Using cushions of warm water, therapists can avoid wrist and lower back problems with clients benefiting from a uniquely luxurious unsurpassed massage. The client lies on their back allowing the therapist to slide their hands underneath the back in a comfortable manor.
John Holman said: “It is a completely different way of working. Mercure have installed the treatment in all of their spas so now part of the process is training all of the therapists to do the treatment.”
Norton Grange are also introducing a new gym manager, Lynden Davis to their team.
