Kitchen company with its HQ in Rochdale celebrates two decades of success

Date published: 24 July 2024

A German kitchen retailer based in Rochdale is proudly celebrating its 20th year of operation, marking two decades of excellence and innovation in the kitchen industry.

Kutchenhaus originated from a collaboration between UK kitchen experts and the esteemed German manufacturer, nobilia. The first showroom opened in Urmston, Manchester, setting the stage for a journey of growth and transformation.

Headquartered in Rochdale, Kutchenhaus has significantly evolved since its birth in 2004, adopting a franchise model to offer bespoke, German kitchens loved by customers nationwide.

The brand's adaptability and forward-thinking approach have allowed it to stay at the forefront of the UK kitchen industry, expanding its product range to include modern kitchens, bathrooms, and home furniture.

From its Rochdale base, Kutchenhaus has expanded to over 75 showrooms across the UK, with a notable increase in recent years. This year, the company celebrated its milestone anniversary with a conference in the Algarve, Portugal.

Held from 3-5 June in Almancil, the event brought together franchise partners, nobilia representatives, and central team members to celebrate past achievements and discuss future plans.

To further celebrate its 20th anniversary, Kutchenhaus is planning a mindfulness and wellbeing initiative in August for its support centre colleagues, acknowledging their contributions to the company's success.

Looking ahead, Kutchenhaus remains dedicated to expanding its network of talented franchise partners and continuing to innovate with beautifully designed, sustainable kitchens.
