Booking Online Ltd invests in cutting-edge technology for expanding customer base

Date published: 07 June 2019

Booking Online Ltd, founded by Rochdale businessmen Aftab Ali and Eddie Daniels, has invested in cutting-edge technology to quadruple business.

After months of detailed discussions, the company has committed to spending £240,000 on a server upgrade to accommodate a growing client base in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada and the United States.

Mr Ali said: “It's a massive commitment for Booking Online Ltd, but one that was in the best interest of our customer base, allowing us to work on those game changing tools that require major processing power.

“This investment is quadrupling our server capacity for our growing US customer base.”

“With three new staff in tech support, new servers and a full stack developer joining the development, we are very excited for 2019/2020.

“The migration to the new set-up will begin over the next few weeks once our latest update has concluded.”

Established in 2006, Booking Online Ltd is an online booking system used by thousands of businesses, which has processed 1.7 million bookings for event management companies, valued at more than £340m.

The company purchased Zen Web Solutions in 2017, and entered an exclusive partnership with Worldpay US and Worldpay UK earlier this year.
