Rochdale car dealer helps local refuge

Date published: 24 December 2018

Family-owned Swansway Honda Rochdale has been off on Swansway Santa patrol donating gifts to Safenet Rochdale Women’s Refuge.

The refuge houses 20 women and up to 35 children who have had to flee domestic violence, as refuge Support Worker, Sue Ruddy explained, “Christmas time puts extra pressure on families, making domestic violence an even higher risk than at other times of the year. I want to say a big thank you to Swansway Honda Bolton for helping lift a huge burden from the mums trying to give their children a nice Christmas.”
