Carla Heaney celebrating winning Apprentice of the Year

Apprentice Carla Heaney is celebrating after winning Apprentice of the Year at this year’s Rochdale Business Awards. Carla is an apprentice with employer TBA Textiles Ltd.

Carla said: “Undertaking an apprenticeship is definitely one of the best things which I had chosen to do.

"I have learnt so many things since starting at TBA in March 2015.

"I would like to say a huge thank you to my colleagues who have helped me progress and grow with the business in such a small space of time.

"Winning Apprentice of the Year has definitely been an amazing achievement for me.”

Commercial & Marketing Manager, Viv Fisher said: “We are very proud of Carla’s, fantastic achievement, she has worked hard over the last 12 months, and has grown in confidence along the way, becoming an extremely valued member of the TBA Protective Technologies team”
